How to Navigate the Stages on a Board
There are features of the board that relate specifically to the stages. This interactive image highlights different parts of the board that are specific to stages.
How to Manage Stages
After you install a template board like Renter Leads, you have the ability to change the names of the stages on the board to match your company language.
To manage stages on a board, you can access them in the Board Settings menu under Card Settings. Then, click on the Manage Stages tab. You have the ability to adjust the titles, descriptions, and colors of each default stage.
Stage Groups
When building a board, it can be helpful to organize similar stages into groups.
For example, our Rental Leads Board in the Template Gallery has 5 main groups related to the different parts of the renter lead process: Leads, Prospects, Scheduled Tour, Tour No Show, Applied, and Lost. Within each grouping, there are individual stages related to a part of the lead process: Nurturing, Engaged, Scheduled Tour, Tour Completed, No Show, Applicants, and Unqualified.
Adding a Stage Group
