With this interface, you can easily manage all your e-signature documents in one place — from drafts in progress to completed agreements. The new layout makes it simpler to track document status, organize templates, and keep your signing workflows running smoothly.
Getting Started with the Aptly Sign Dashboard

When you open Aptly Sign, you’ll land on your Documents Dashboard.
At the top, you’ll see an overview of your documents by status, helping you quickly understand what needs attention.
Here’s what each category includes:
- Drafts – Documents you’ve started but haven’t sent yet. You can come back and finish or edit these anytime.
- Waiting for Others – Documents currently waiting for someone else to sign.
- Action Required – Documents that need action from you or your team.
- Expired – Documents that have expired and may need to be re-sent or reviewed.
- Completed – Fully signed and finalized documents.
To create a new e-signature document, click New Doc in the top-right corner.
Below the dashboard summary, you’ll see a table view of all your documents. From here, you can sort, filter, or search to find exactly what you need.
Navigating the Left Menu
On the far left of your Aptly Sign workspace, you’ll find your main navigation panel. This menu helps you quickly switch between different views and stay organized.
Document Views
You can choose from several options depending on what you want to see:
- All Documents – Displays every document accessible to you.
- Created by Me – Shows documents you personally created.
- Shared with Me – Lists documents created by other team members that you’ve been given access to.
- Expiring Soon – Highlights documents that are nearing their expiration date.
Organizing with Folders
You can now create folders to better organize your documents.
Use folders to group documents by property, client, or transaction type — whatever works best for your workflow.
Accessing Templates
Your Templates section is also found in this menu.
Templates make it easy to standardize documents you send frequently, such as lease agreements, renewals, or disclosure forms.
