Using the Application Approval Center

The Application Approval Center offers enhanced functionality and a more streamlined experience for managing applications and approvals.

The approval center shows individual screening rules that are incomplete or are important to view.

You can view the rule, add notes, and pass/fail the rule. If it is an item that has documents to review, you can review it in the Screening Rule details.

In this same space, you can Approve, Approve with Conditions, Decline, or Close a household’s application. Each button has a dedicated popup that allows you to select different options to share with the applicant. An email will be sent to the applicant when approved, however, you can choose whether to send it when you Approve with Conditions and Decline.
