With the Aptly integration for Yardi, you are able to sync properties, contacts, guest cards, and applications:

What version of Yardi is required for Integration?
The recommended minimum software requirements with Yardi Voyager 7S are Interfaces Plugin v5.3 and Service Request Plugin v3. The recommended minimum software requirements with Voyager 6008 are Interfaces Plugin v21 or above with Service Request Plugin v2.
STEP #1: Creating an Aptly user inside Yardi with property access
- Create a new user for Aptly inside Yardi. Name it something that helps your team identify it as being associated with the Aptly integration e.g. "aplty"
- Save the username and password for that will need to be entered into Aptly later
- Create a user property list e.g. ".aptly-locations" inside Yardi
- Assign the relevant properties to this property list, and assign this property list to the Aptly user
STEP #2: Setting up ILS Guest Card Interface for Aptly
- Go to Interfaces inside Yardi, Select ILS/ Guest Card and click submit
- Search for the Aptly integration on the right side to open up the details.
- Select Aptly from the list. The ILS integration configuration page will show up with configuration options.
- Click Save to activate the integration.
If you are properly licensed for and using Voyager 7S, please ask the client to contact Yardi technical support to request that the add-on package be manually added to the qualified vendor lists in Voyager. Finally, clients with questions about compatibility between their Voyager 7S or other Yardi software and your product or service should contact a Yardi account manager directly. Yardi does not discuss client information of this nature directly with third-party vendors.
STEP #2: Next steps
Enabling the Yardi Integration in Aptly
Navigation to Locations in the primary Aptly navigation:
- Select Buildings from the menu under Properties
- Select the Card Sources option from the menu below
- Select Yardi from the available list of integrations
- Enable the integration and enter the data for the Aptly user created in Yardi
- The default option for deduping contacts will be based on the Aptly email/phone matching the T-Code on the Yardi contact
- Click Save when you are done
How long does it take to sync my Yardi data?
Most complete within an hour. You will see your buildings, units, leases and contacts in Aptly when done.
