How to Access your Aptly Subscription Settings
Before you make changes to your payment method, you’ll need to grab your account and routing number for your bank account.
If you are making the switch from a credit/debit card, you can switch back and change your payment method at any time.
Access your Subscription Settings
- Click the Settings ⚙️ gear icon in the bottom, left corner of your browser window.
- Click Manage under the Subscription menu on the left side.

Payment Method | Description |
Bank Account/Direct Debit | direct bank transfers for secure and efficient processing (ACH) |
Credit Card | immediate payment from your card allows for quick and convenient transactions. |
How to Switch your Payment Method to ACH
Before you make changes to your payment method, you’ll need to grab your account and routing number for your bank account or the credit/debit card you plan to use.
If you are making the switch to a different payment method, you can switch back and change at any time.
- Click Update Payment Method.
- Choose Bank Account/Direct Debit as your Payment Method
- Enter your Account Holder Type. There are two types of Account Holder Types
- Individual Account: an individual, personal account
- Company Account: tailored for organizational or business use
- Enter your Account & Routing Number in the corresponding fields.
- Click Save.
How to View Invoice History
View your previous Aptly Invoices at any time.
- Click View Invoice History.
- Choose the invoice based on the month/year you want to view.
- Click Download to store a .pdf file to your computer for record.
