How to Set Up a Lease Package

Set your lease packages to send lease terms to applicants after approval.

Set lease packages to quickly send lease terms to approved applications as part of your Screening flow. You can set one or multiple packages.

How to Enable Lease Packages

  1. Head to Settings > Screening Management > Organization Settings > Application Options.
  1. Toggle on Drafting Offers.
  1. Review additional settings and toggle on/off based on your process.

You can also toggle on Drafting Leases from the Application (if that’s part of your process).

 

How to Add a New Lease Package

  1. From the Applicants Board or Leases board, click Advanced Settings.
  1. Click Lease Package.
  1. Click + Package to add a new lease package.
  1. Add a title.
  1. Add the charge amount.
  1. Optional: Default Package - select if this will be the package to automatically choose for new leases.
  1. Add description of the lease package for internal use only.
  1. Optional: Select a lease document to add.
  1. If enabled, select Zero Deposit to add to this lease package.
  1. Add Charges.
  1. Add Lease Highlights.
  1. Click Save

How to Add Monthly Charges

  1. Click + Monthly Charge.
  1. Add a title.
  1. Enter in the charge amount.
  1. Toggle on options.
      2. Option
      Description
      Zero Deposit Only
      Will this charge only show if zero deposit is selected by the applicant?
      Defaulted On
      Will this charge always be selected?
      Optional
      When drafting lease terms, the charge can be turned on or off.
      Editable
      The charge amount can be edited when the lease is drafted.
  1. Click save.

How to Add Move-In Charges

  1. Click + Move-In Charge.
  1. Add a title.
  1. Enter in the charge amount.
  1. Toggle on options.
      2. Option
      Description
      Zero Deposit Only
      Will this charge only show if zero deposit is selected by the applicant?
      Defaulted On
      Will this charge always be selected?
      Optional
      When drafting lease terms, the charge can be turned on or off.
      Editable
      The charge amount can be edited when the lease is drafted.
  1. Click save.

How to Add Lease Highlights

  1. Add the highlight title.
  1. Toggle on options.
      2. Option
      Description
      Defaulted On
      Will this highlight always be shown?
      Optional
      When drafting lease terms, the highlight can be turned on or off.
      Editable
      The highlight text can be edited when the lease is drafted.
  1. Click Save.
