How to Turn On Listings
- In Locations, click on Listings.
- Click Listings Settings under Listings Options.
- Toggle on Listings.
How to Set Up Listings
This video explains each section of the Listings Settings. Below you’ll find more details on setting up each section.
Listings are automatically gathered from your buildings or units. You’ll always be able to find it in your Locations list. Click on Listings to view all marketing data for all properties. To set up your listings widget, follow the directions below.
Any changes made will be automatically saved.
- Click on Listings Settings.
- Enable Listings.
- Enable Buildings or Units. Select the collection(s) that you have in Screening.
- For each location board, update the following options:
Setting | Description |
Leasing Contact | Select any contact field that you have on your buildings/units. |
Market Rent Field | Select a currency field on the building/unit that displays that property’s market rent. |
Deposit Field | Select a currency field on the building/unit that displays that property’s deposit. |
Custom Listing Segments | Select a custom filter that you’ll use to show published buildings/units. This filter will include all properties that apply to that area but only the published for rent properties will show on the listings widget. |
- Select a Contact Us Form. You can create a new form or select an existing one from another board.
- Select Estimated Fees. This will only apply if you’re using Lease Packages and Zero Deposit.
- Select a contact to use as your general point of contact for Contact Us Information. You can also override this on individual properties.
- Add Benefits. Using the rich text field, you can format this text, add images or videos, and provide benefits to living in one of your properties. This will display on every single listing and cannot be overwritten.
- Select amenities that allow you to search for properties based on the amenity. The top 10 will be chosen for you but you can adjust as needed.
- Click Refresh Listings Ranges once all changes have been made. This will update all of the listings on the board.
