The NoKey App makes property tours easier than ever for prospects — no access codes, no scheduling bottlenecks, and no manual coordination needed. Once a tour is approved, prospects can access the property securely using their phone’s Bluetooth connection.
This article explains how the NoKey App works, what your prospects will experience, and how you can support them.
How It Works
- Prospect requests a self-guided tour
Once their application is approved, Aptly automatically connects their access details with the NoKey App.
- Prospect downloads and signs in to the app
They’ll sign in using the same credentials they used when requesting the tour.

- Approved tours appear automatically
The home screen displays all tours the prospect has been approved for — no additional setup required.

- Access opens automatically during the tour window
- View unit details
- Tap Unlock or Lock when arriving at or leaving the property
When the tour time begins, an “Access Home” button appears. From here, the prospect can:

- Secure, Bluetooth-enabled entry
The app uses Bluetooth for instant, code-free access. Once nearby, prospects simply tap Unlock and step inside.
