Choose a view based on the work you need to do. Views present the same board in different ways; available options depend on the board’s setup and your access.

Tasks | Review the board’s tasks and next actions. |
Calendar | See cards using a configured date field. |
Diagnostics | Review board activity and automation health. |
Reports | Review configured summaries and metrics. |
Knowledge | Keep board instructions and reference material nearby. |
AI Dashboard | Generate a dashboard from the current board’s data. |
Aptly App Hosting | Embed a full app hosted elsewhere; configure its data access and allowed actions separately. |
Select an existing tab to open its view. Authorized users can choose New View to see additional options.
Configure a view
For adding, editing, ordering, and visibility settings, use Customize and manage board views. Some template boards also include an embedded workflow map, such as Miro.
View settings do not replace board privacy or membership. Check the user’s board access and role if a view or configuration control is unavailable.
