Aptly Access supports both self-guided showings and agent-led tours, making it easy to manage property access and tour scheduling in one place. To quickly view tours scheduled for each prospect, you can add the Tours widget directly to your board cards.
This article walks through how to add the Tours widget to your expanded card view so you can see tour requests at a glance.
Step 1: Open Advanced Settings
- Navigate to the board where you’d like to add the Tours widget.
- Click Advanced Settings ⚙️.
- Select Card Options, then click Card Detail.
This opens the Expanded Card Detail editor, where you can customize views and widgets on your cards.
If you’d like more guidance on customizing your expanded card view, see our related article on expanded card customization:
Step 2: Create a New View
- Click Add View.
- Name the view something like Tours.
Views help organize widgets so your team can easily find relevant information.
Step 3: Add the Tours Widget
- Inside your new view, click Add Widget.
- Scroll to the bottom of the widget list.
- Select Tour Requests.
- When prompted, enter a name for the widget.
- Save to add it to your view.
Once added, this widget will display all tour requests associated with that individual prospect.
Step 4: Resize or Reorder the Widget (Optional)
- Use the black handle in the bottom-right corner of the widget to resize it.
- Drag and drop to reorder widgets within the view as needed.
Optional: Add the Access Widget
If you also want to manage access codes from the same view:
- Click Add Widget again.
- Select the Access widget.
- Add it to your Tours view.
The Access widget allows you to:
- Manually set access codes for prospects
- View existing access details
- Send access codes directly to prospects via email
That’s It!
Once added, your Tours (and optional Access) widgets will be available on each card, giving you quick visibility into scheduled tours and access information for every prospect.
