How to Rate Your AI Agent Calls

Rate calls made to your AI Agents to improve their performance and accuracy.

Regularly rating your AI agent’s calls helps improve its accuracy and performance. Follow the steps below to review and rate each call.

1. Open Your AI Agent Dashboard

Go to your AI Agent’s Dashboard, then select the Activities Log tab.

Here, you’ll see a list of all calls made to your AI agent (not from your AI agent).

2. Find the Call You Want to Rate

Each call is listed in the log. At the end of the row, you’ll see a rating icon.

3. Rate the Call

Click the emoji icon to rate your agent’s performance.

You’ll see three rating options:

  • 😞 Sad face – The response was incorrect or unhelpful.
  • 😐 Neutral face – The response was partially correct, but could be improved.
  • 🙂 Happy face – The response was accurate and handled well.

4. Provide Feedback

After selecting a rating, add a short comment explaining why you gave that rating.

Be as detailed as possible—this helps your agent learn and improve.

For example:

  • Good response: “Answered correctly and provided helpful details.”
  • Needs improvement: “This property isn’t available. Review all available properties before sharing options with a prospect.”

If the call wasn’t handled correctly, include the corrected information or better prompt your agent should have used.

5. Repeat for Each Call

Make sure to rate every call. Your feedback helps train your AI agent to respond more accurately in the future.
