What are AI Agents?
AI Agents assist your team by acting as the front line for Leasing and Maintenance phone lines. Depending on your settings, the Agent can answer all of your incoming calls or only calls within a set schedule. They are able to collect information from the caller and create or update a card, allowing you and your team to follow up with quality information and attention.
Currently, we have three types of AI Agents available - Leasing, Maintenance, and Custom. Our Leasing and Maintenance agents come pre-loaded and pre-trained, ready for you to use right away.
What can the Leasing Agent do?
Using your marketing data for published for rent properties, the Leasing Agent can answer questions about properties or gather information about their property requirements, request to tour a property, and collect information for an off-topic conversation. For any information it gathers, it will create a card on your Renter Leads board.
What can the Maintenance Agent do?
The Maintenance Agent is your troubleshooting expert, able to provide simple resolution instructions to common, basic issues that residents encounter. If unable to resolve the issue, the agent will create a work order ticket with the caller’s information or pass along information in the event of an emergency.
What can the Custom Agent do?
The options are endless, however, the setup is completely custom. Each scenario is well-thought out and saved to the agent’s settings. At the end of the day, the AI Agent will collect information from the caller and create a card to a selected board.
