AI can assist when creating a card from an email by extracting relevant information and automatically populating fields on your selected board.
AI is a Premium subscription feature.
How to Create a Card with AI
- Select an email.
- Click Create Card.
- Choose the appropriate board.
AI Data Extraction
Based on the fields available on your selected board:
- The email body is added to the Description field.
- AI scans the email for relevant information.
- Detected details (such as dates, names, amounts, or other structured data) are automatically placed into matching fields.
Previewing Extracted Data
You can choose to:
- Preview the extracted data before finalizing the card, or
- Proceed without viewing it.
This helps reduce manual entry and ensures important information from the email is not overlooked.
