Overview
The AI Assistant can reference related records—such as Units or Leases—directly within the Inbox, allowing you to retrieve important information without navigating away.
AI is a Premium subscription feature.
How It Works
When viewing an email tied to a Unit or Lease:
- Open the AI Assistant panel.
- You’ll see related records listed at the top (such as Unit or Lease).
- Ask a question about the related record.
Example Questions
You can ask:
- “What is the rent for this unit?”
- “What is the current lease balance?”
- “When does this lease expire?”
AI will pull relevant information from the connected record and display it within the assistant panel.

At the top of the assistant panel, you’ll see related items such as:

You can ask questions like:
