Overview
AI Email Summaries help you quickly understand the content and tone of a conversation without reading the entire thread. You can generate summaries in different formats and even turn them into actionable tasks.
AI is a Premium subscription feature. To upgrade, go to Settings → Subscription.
How to Generate an AI Summary

- Open a conversation in the Inbox.
- Click the AI Summary option.
- Choose your summary type.
Available Summary Types

You can generate:
- Short Summary – A brief overview of the conversation.
- Detailed Summary – A more comprehensive breakdown.
- Action Point Summary – Focused specifically on next steps and required follow-ups.
You can regenerate the summary at any time and switch between formats as needed.
Sentiment Detection
AI automatically analyzes conversation tone and displays a sentiment indicator.
- Sentiment appears in the conversation list.
- An emoji indicator is shown in the lower-right corner of the conversation preview.
This helps you quickly prioritize urgent or negative conversations.
This allows you to quickly identify urgent, frustrated, or positive conversations.
If you hide the preview text of your conversations, AI Sentiment may also be hidden. To always show, go to Inbox Settings and select Show preview text.

Create a Task from a Summary
From the summary panel, you can select Create Task.

When selected:
- A task is created and attached to the email conversation.
- The task can be accessed from:
- Your Dashboard
- The email thread itself
This makes it easy to convert conversations into trackable action items.
