Overview
The AI Assistant can generate draft responses directly inside your Inbox, helping you reply faster and maintain a professional tone.
AI is available with a Premium subscription.
Using Suggested Prompts
At the bottom of an email thread (above internal comments), you’ll see sparkle icons with suggested prompts.
- Click a suggested prompt.
- AI generates a draft response in the right-side panel.
- Review the response.
- Choose to:
- Insert it into the composer, or
- Copy it manually.
Writing Assistance Options
You can also manually prompt the AI Assistant to:
- Write a first draft
- Draft a follow-up
- Write a polite decline
- Make your response more professional
Simply type your request in the AI panel.
Resetting the Assistant
If you’d like to start over:
- Click Clear in the AI panel.
- Confirm the action.
This removes the current AI conversation and resets the assistant window.
