Aptly provides conversation reminders for email and SMS messages that can help you keep track of important communication. With these reminders, you can add a note to a conversation that you send or receive, and then get notified at a specified date and time to follow up. This feature can be particularly helpful when dealing with time-sensitive communication or when you have a lot of messages to keep track of.

How to add Conversation Reminders to an Email or SMS Conversation
Inbound Conversations
From the incoming email message, locate the Reminder icon 🔔.
A popup will appear where you can choose:
- your reminder scenario
- Not replied
- Regardless
- when you'd like the reminder to appear
- Later Today
- Tomorrow
- Next Week
- Other (custom)
- a reminder message
After clicking create, the reminder notification will appear at the top of the conversation. To remove the reminder, click the trash can icon.
Outbound Conversations
In the email or SMS composer, click on the alarm icon in the bottom left corner. Set up the reminder as above.
How to Locate Pending Reminders and Reminder Notifications
Locate conversations with pending reminders by clicking on the reminders folder in your MINE view in the Inbox.
Configure your preferred reminder delivery method in your Notification settings by inbox:
- Click on Settings. Then, click Notifications.
- Select an inbox to configure its notification settings.
- Locate Conversation reminder triggers and select the preferred delivery methods.
