Benefits of Email Tracking

How to Enable Read Receipt Tracking for All Users (Admin Only)
- Click your avatar in the bottom left. Then, click Settings.
- Under Company Settings, click Company Info & Team.
- Under Org Settings, click the Edit icon for Track Recipient Email Opens.
- Select Enable Open Tracking.
- Click Save.
How to View Read Receipts
The read receipt icon is located in the top right of the message window. Hover over this icon to see details.
Email Has Not Been Opened
When a message has not been opened there will be a zero beside the icon. If you hover over the icon, you will see a notification stating 'Your email has not been opened".
Message Has Been Opened
When the recipient opens the message, the read receipt icon will reflect the number of times the recipient has opened the message. Hover over the icon to see when the message was first and last opened.
Email Opened Alert
An alert will appear when the recipient views your email.
