If migrating all email addresses isn’t ideal, you could consider migrating a single, centralized email address from GoDaddy to Microsoft 365. This email would then integrate with Aptly, and your team could manage communications centrally from this inbox.

Another option is to create a new email address within Microsoft 365 or Google and sync it to Aptly. This new address would be used for all communications going forward, becoming the primary contact point for current and future residents.

Finally, you may choose to proceed without email integration. While this setup limits certain automation and centralization features, you can still use Aptly. However, any process requiring sending and receiving of emails would need to be sent directly from your email provider outside of the Aptly system.
