If this is your first time using browser calling, you’ll be prompted to allow microphone permissions before the call connects.
During a Call
When a call is in progress, it will appear at the bottom of your screen.
You can expand the call widget to view additional details, including:
- Contact information
- Previous conversations (calls and SMS)
- Related:
- Cards
- Locations
- Events
- A space to add notes or comments during the call
This makes it easy to stay informed and log important details in real time—especially useful when handling leasing inquiries or coordinating with residents and vendors.
Receiving a Call
When someone calls your Twilio line:
- A call notification will appear in your browser
- You’ll hear a ringtone (if permissions are enabled)
- Click Answer to accept the call
Your browser must be open, and microphone permissions must be enabled to receive and answer calls.
During an Incoming Call
Once you answer, you’ll have access to the same contextual information as outbound calls:
- Contact details
- Ongoing and past conversations
- Related cards, locations, or events
- Full communication history tied to that contact
This allows you to quickly understand who’s calling and respond without needing to search for information.
