Sometimes you'll make changes to a board—such as adding mirror fields, new location links, or updates to your property management system. While Aptly doesn't continuously refresh your boards, it will update a card when you take action on it, like modifying a field.
How to Make an Update to a Card
- Add a new field on the cards. We recommend adding a checkbox field titled “Update Card.”
- Open Advanced Settings > Board Fields.
- Click + Add Field.
- Select Checkbox.
- Name it Update Card.
- Click Save.
- Select all applicable cards.
- Click Update fields.
- Locate Update Card in the list.
- Check the box.
- Click Update and Confirm action.
- Deselect cards.
The card will be updated with the latest data from mirror fields or linked to locations.
