How to Manage Your Subscription

Make changes to your subscription like adding users, updating the billing contact or payment method, upgrading your plan, and learning more about Aptly’s additional services.

You can update your Aptly subscription settings at any time, including plan changes, billing information, and payment methods.


Accessing Subscription Settings

  1. Click on your avatar.
  1. Select Settings from the menu.
  1. Scroll to the Subscription section and click Manage.

What You Can Manage

Inside the Subscription Management page, you can:

  • View plan details
    • Current subscription cost
    • Screening fee schedule (if applicable)
    • Number of users on your account
    • Renewal date
  • Manage users – Update the number of users included in your plan.
  • Update billing contact – The person who receives billing-related emails.
  • Update payment method – Add or edit credit card or payment details.
  • View invoice history – See past billing records.
  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan – Switch between Essential and Premium.
  • Cancel your subscription – If needed, cancel directly from this page.
