You can update your Aptly subscription settings at any time, including plan changes, billing information, and payment methods.
Accessing Subscription Settings
- Click on your avatar.
- Select Settings from the menu.
- Scroll to the Subscription section and click Manage.
What You Can Manage
Inside the Subscription Management page, you can:
- View plan details
- Current subscription cost
- Screening fee schedule (if applicable)
- Number of users on your account
- Renewal date
- Manage users – Update the number of users included in your plan.
- Update billing contact – The person who receives billing-related emails.
- Update payment method – Add or edit credit card or payment details.
- View invoice history – See past billing records.
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan – Switch between Essential and Premium.
- Cancel your subscription – If needed, cancel directly from this page.
