With Aptly, you can create contacts on the fly. These contacts will live independently from your property management software.
Once you’ve added a contact in Aptly, you can click on their name anywhere in the app to view their profile. Adding contacts in Aptly ensures a customer gets a personalized and consistent experience, no matter who they speak to or engage with on your property team.

How to Create a New Contact in the Contact Directory
From the Contacts page, click New Contact in the top left corner.
A new window will pop up. Add contact details like their name, email, and phone number.
Hit Save, and you’re all done!
How to Create a New Contact from your Inbox
Select a message in your inbox.
Click the 3 horizontal lines in the top right of your inbox to view Conversation Details.
Click the Add Contact icon next to the contact information.
Add any contact details and click Save.

If a duplicate contact exists, you’ll be asked to merge the contacts or create a new contact.
How to Create a New Contact on a Card
In the contact field on a card, click the plus icon.
Type as you’re searching for a contact.
Select Create Contact.
Enter in the basic details for the contact and click save. You can add additional details upon save.
