Have you ever wanted to view previous conversations for a particular contact? Aptly stores all past conversations with a contact directly in the Contact Profile, giving you full context and direct insight into the relationship history.

How to View the Contact’s Profile
- In the left side navigation bar, click Contacts (it looks like a contact card).
- Find the contact you wish to view by scrolling through your contacts or using the Filter Contacts search bar. Click the double arrow to the left of their name.
- The contact details will push in on the right.
How to View a Contact’s Conversation History
- In the contact’s profile view, click the Related tab.
- Scroll down to Conversations. From here, you will be able to see all email and text conversations with that Contact. Select a conversation to view it in a popup window.
