What to Expect After You Sign Up

Welcome to Aptly! This one‑page overview explains what happens after signup, who you’ll work with, and how we’ll help you get up and running successfully.


Immediate Next Steps

Login Access

You’ll receive login access to Aptly immediately after signup, so you can explore the platform right away.

Welcome Email

Shortly after signing, you’ll receive a welcome email from Aptly introducing your Implementation Manager and inviting you to schedule your kickoff call.


Your Implementation Manager

You’ll be paired with a dedicated Implementation Manager who will guide you through onboarding from start to finish. Their role is to:

  • Understand your goals and priorities
  • Configure Aptly using proven best practices
  • Train your team so you feel confident using the platform

Your Implementation Manager stays with you throughout onboarding.


Onboarding Scope & Timeline

Onboarding focuses on getting you fully online, meaning:

  • New work (cards) is actively being created
  • Key automations are enabled
  • Your team is managing day‑to‑day processes inside Aptly

You’ll identify 1–2 priority workflows to implement first (for example, Lease Renewals or Delinquencies). We’ll work hands‑on with your team to configure these workflows and provide guided training.

Our goal is to have your account fully online within 45 days of signup, with a strong focus on adoption and long‑term success.


Training & Support

We provide live, instructor‑led training to help your team succeed:

  • Weekly Foundational Classes
  • Weekly New Customer Office Hours

These sessions are listed in the Weekly Events section of our community and are designed to reinforce best practices and answer real‑world questions.


Additional Services

If you’ve enrolled in services such as Screening, Aptly Access, Aptly Protect, AI Agents, or Credit Building, your Implementation Manager will ensure these services are fully set up, trained, and live during onboarding.

If you didn’t select additional services at signup, you can discuss them during your kickoff call.


After Onboarding: Ongoing Success

Once onboarding is complete, you’ll transition to a dedicated Account Manager who will support your ongoing success. You’ll have access to:

  • Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • 15‑minute ad‑hoc touchbase calls
  • Growing with Aptly via weekly office hours

You’ll also receive access to an Account Manager landing page, which serves as a central hub for scheduling time, accessing resources, and knowing where to go for help.
