How to Grant Support Access
You’ll be able to grant support for 24 hours from your profile.
Locate your avatar in the bottom right corner of your browser. Select My Profile.
Grant support access is the first button at the top of your profile.
Why You Need to Grant Support Access
When you find an issue with your account, our Customer Support team will ask you to grant support access. This allows the CS Team Member to log in to you account to view any issues that you are reporting. They are able to see what you see in your account. This is helpful when reviewing questions related to user permissions, odd behavior, personal inbox issues.
Access is granted for 24 hour windows of time.
You can revoke access at any time by clicking Revoke Access.
