Regional Teams
Your account team is determined by the state(s) where you manage properties.
West Team

The West team supports accounts in the following states:
Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming.
Note: Utah and Arizona are not covered by the West team — they fall under the East team.
East Team

The East team supports all remaining states, including:
Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington D.C., West Virginia, and Wisconsin.

If your company manages 800 or more doors, you are automatically assigned to our Enterprise team regardless of location. The Enterprise team provides dedicated support tailored to the needs of larger portfolios.
