Integrate Rently with Aptly to update your workflows with scheduled tours.

By integrating Rently with Aptly, property managers can streamline their workflows and automatically update their Renter Leads board with all scheduled tours. This integration is made possible through the Rently API, which allows for seamless communication between the two platforms. How to Integrate with Rently

To add a Rently Integration, you’ll need to go to Card Sources on a board an toggle on the integration.

Once there, you’ll copy the webhook and send it in an email to joe@rently.com. You’ll also need to include in the email that you are requesting a URL Prefix. Feel free to copy the template below.

To: joe@rently.com From: user@propmanagement.com Hi Joe, I’m an Aptly user and need to request a URL Prefix. Our webhook is: [Insert Webhook from Aptly Card Sources] Thank you!

Once you receive the URL prefix from Joe at Rently, insert it into the card source. Then, select the Lead Board that you want to receive Rently updates on.

Click Save!


Using Rently with Renter Leads

As soon as a lead is sent in through Rently, a card will be created on the Renter Leads board in the New stage.

If a lead schedules a tour, the card will be updated with the tour event and automatically move to the Scheduled Tour stage triggering the related automations.
