The Tenant Turner integration allows you to bring your rental listing information (photos and showing details) directly into Aptly. Follow the steps below to set up the connection and confirm everything is working properly.
How to Integrate
To connect Tenant Turner with Aptly, you’ll need to grab your listing feed (JSON feed) from your Tenant Turner account.
Important: You must have Administrator access in Tenant Turner to access the JSON feed.
Step 1: Locate Your Listings Feed
- In Tenant Turner, go to the Rentals tab in the left-hand menu.
- Click the Listing Information tab at the top of the page.

Step 2: Copy Your Listings Feed URL
- Click on the Listings Feed button.
- Copy the URL of the page (ignore the code displayed on the screen). This URL allows Aptly to pull your listing information.

Step 3: Add the Feed to Aptly
- In Aptly, navigate to your Buildings board.
- Open Card Sources and select Tenant Turner.
- Paste the Property Feed URL you copied into the field.
- Click Save.

Step 4 (For Appfolio Users)
If you use Appfolio, you’ll also need to enter your Appfolio Domain Name:
- Click the + icon next to Additional URL.
- Enter your Appfolio domain (e.g., https://mypmccompany.appfolio.com).

Confirm the Integration is Working
To confirm your listings are syncing correctly:
- Open a card from your Buildings board.
- Check the Marketing section for the appropriate link.
If the link is empty, the integration may not be working correctly. Remember, Tenant Turner information imports into Aptly nightly.

Where Are My Tenant Turner Inquiries & Tour Requests?
The Tenant Turner integration only imports marketing details. Inquiries and tour requests are not included. To bring in leads, you’ll need to set up an Email Parser or use a Board Email.
Option 1: Use Email Parsers
- Forward Tenant Turner lead emails to an Aptly-connected inbox (we recommend a shared inbox for visibility).
- Set up an Email Parser:
- Go to Inbox > Inbox Configuration > Inbox Rules > Email Parsers.
- Add a new parser for the inbox that receives Tenant Turner emails.
- Select all applicable Tenant Turner parsers.
- Choose the appropriate board settings.
- Recommended: Archive all Conversations on Card Creation. This cleans up your inbox and also alerts you when the parser needs to be updated.

Leads will automatically flow into your Renter Leads board as cards.
Option 2: Use a Board Email (Recommended)
Instead of parsing emails, you can use your board’s unique email address:
- Add your board-specific email to Tenant Turner as the recipient for new lead notifications.
- Leads will flow directly into your Renter Leads board as individual cards.
- This option keeps your inbox clear of notifications.
💡 Tip: Use board emails whenever possible for a simpler, cleaner workflow.

Q: Why isn’t my feed URL working?
- Make sure you copied the URL and not the code from the Listings Feed page.
- Confirm you have Administrator access in Tenant Turner—only admins can access the JSON feed.
Q: Why aren’t my listings syncing into Aptly?
- Double-check that the feed URL was pasted correctly into the Property Feed URL field in Aptly.
- Keep in mind that listings sync nightly, so new information may not appear immediately.
Q: Why don’t I see my Tenant Turner leads or tour requests in Aptly?
- The Tenant Turner integration only sends marketing information (photos and showing details).
