Integrating your Propra account with Aptly allows you to seamlessly sync your data and keep your workflows running smoothly.
Data syncs one way from Propra to Aptly. Integrated fields should be updated in Propra
Follow the steps below to set up the integration.
Step 1: Locate the Propra Integration
- In Aptly, navigate to Integrations (or Card Sources on any board).
- Locate Propra in the list of Card Sources.
- Select Propra and toggle the integration ON.
- Note: It may already be toggled on for you.
Step 2: Generate Your API Key and Secret in Propra
- Log in to your Propra account.
- Go to Settings → Account → Integrations.
- Generate a new API Key and Secret specifically for Aptly.
- Copy both the API Key and Secret — you’ll need them for the next step.
Step 3: Connect Propra to Aptly
- Return to Aptly.
- Paste the API Key into the API Key field.
- Paste the Secret into the Secret field.
- (Optional) Enable Address Geocoding:
- When toggled on, Aptly will validate addresses against Google Maps to ensure they are accurate.
Step 4: Save Your Integration
- Click Save to complete the setup.
- Data syncing will begin automatically.
- It may take a few hours for all your information to fully sync into Aptly.
- Once the data appears, your integration is ready to use!
