Automatically import Tenant Turner’s showing links and property photos by enabling the Tenant Turner integration! With the Aptly / Tenant turner integration, you can seamlessly send showing information with each new prospective inquiry.

How to Integrate
To connect the two tools, we will need to grab your listing feed, also referred to as your JSON feed. An important note to make here is in order to access the JSON feed, you’ll need to have Administrator access on your Tenant Turner account. Here are the steps for completing the integration process.
- Navigate to the rental listings section of your Tenant Turner account. Click first on the Rentals tab on the left-hand navigation menu and then click the Listing Information tab at the top of the page.
- Click on the Listings Feed button. Once on the page, you’ll want to copy the URL of the page. This link is key, as it is how we will pull information from Tenant Turner to Aptly. You can ignore the code that is on the screen.
- Head on over to your Buildings board in Aptly. Click on Card Sources and select Tenant Turner as your card source. In this area, you will want to paste the URL in the Property Feed URL box.
- Click Save.
If you are an Appfolio user, then you’ll want to also add want to include your Appfolio Domain Name here. To do so, click on the + sign in the Additional URL button. From there, you’ll want to include your Appfolio Domain in this box. Your URL may look something like (eg. https://mypmccompany.appfolio.com).
Confirm The Integration is Working
To ensure that the information is coming in properly, you’ll want to confirm that everything is coming over in the Marketing information. Review the Marketing section of your cards to confirm the appropriate link is coming over. If the link is empty, then the integration may not work properly. Please keep in mind that the information will be imported nightly.
Where are my Tenant Turner Inquiries & Tour Requests?
The Tenant Turner integration only brings in marketing information (photos and showing details). You’ll need to set up Email Parsers in the inbox to bring in the Tenant Turner leads.
- Point all Tenant Turner leads to an Aptly connected inbox (we like to use shared inboxes for team visibility).
- Set up an email parser for the inbox. Inbox > Inbox Configuration > Inbox Rules > Email Parsers.
- Add a New Inbox. Select the inbox that receives Tenant Turner email notifications.
- Select all applicable Tenant Turner parsers.
- Select board settings. (See: Email Parsers).
- Watch new leads enter the Renter Leads board.
