Troubleshooting Notifications

If you’re not receiving notifications as expected, here are a few things to check:

  • Not receiving desktop/browser notifications?
    • Make sure your browser (Google Chrome) allows pop-ups and notifications.

  • Not seeing notifications in the Notification Center?
    • Double-check that they’re enabled in your notification settings.

  • Not receiving emails?
    • You may have unsubscribed from Aptly emails. This will stop all email notifications.
