  1. Create a Lease Offer for an Approved Application

How to Create a Lease Offer

When approving an application, you’ll want to draft a lease to get the financial process moving in your Property Management System. You’ll create the draft lease offer in the process of Approving an Application.

💡

In order to use Lease Offers you will find additional options in your Screening Management settings that need to be toggled on. Your Key Account Manager will assist you in setting this up.

  1. From the Applicants board, open an application in Pending Decision.
  1. Click Approve.
  1. Select the Leasing Package. You can create multiple packages. (See: How to Set Up a Leasing Package)
      • If it is not the default, confirm the selection.
  1. Review and update the Move-In and Lease Start and End Dates.
  1. Review the charges and update if needed.
  1. Review the lease highlights and edit as needed.
  1. Click Next.
  1. Confirm and Continue to the next screen.
  1. Add any approval notes to share with the applicant in an email.
      • You can also skip sending the email by clicking Skip Email at the bottom.
  1. Click Approve and an email will generate for you to send to the Applicant. You have the option to review, change any text, and then send or save a draft for later. Click Send to send the email.

The Lease Offer details will be added in the approval center. You can view, edit, or delete the lease offer at any time. In doing so, you’ll also need to update Zero Deposit (if enabled).
