How to Access your Aptly Subscription Settings
Before you make changes to your payment method, you’ll need to grab your account and routing number for your bank account.
Access your Subscription Settings
- Click on your Avatar > Settings.
- Click Manage under the Subscription section on the left side menu.

How to Switch your Payment Method to ACH
Before you make changes to your payment method, you’ll need to grab your account and routing number for your bank account or the credit/debit card you plan to use.
- Under Billing Info, click Update Payment Method.

- Choose Bank Account/Direct Debit as your Payment Method

- Enter your Account Holder Type. There are two types of Account Holder Types
- Individual Account: a personal account
- Company Account: business account
- Enter your Account & Routing Number in the corresponding fields.
- Confirm and click Save.
Bank Accounts will need to be verified. After the subscription has been updated to ACH, you will see two (2) micro transactions in the next few days. These two amounts will need to be entered into Aptly to successfully connect and verify ownership of the account.
How to View Invoice History
View your previous Aptly Invoices at any time.
- Click View Invoice History.
- Choose the invoice based on the month/year you want to view.
- Click Download to store a .pdf file to your computer for record.
