To create a template with AI
- Open Aptly Sign and start a new template. [CONFIRM: exact button and menu path]
- Choose the AI option and describe the document, for example "a one-year residential lease for a single-family home." [CONFIRM: option name]
- Review the generated template.
- Edit the text, add signature and date fields, and assign signers.
- Save the template.
Tips
- Be specific about the document type, the parties, and any clauses you need.
- Always review AI-generated text before sending it. Have your legal counsel approve any lease language.
- Add the finished template to a document package to combine it with other pages. See "Build a Document Package."
