  • Cards
    • Individual records on a board that store all related data, activity, and history.

  • Stages
    • Columns on a board that show where work is in the process.

  • Stage Groups
    • A way to group related stages for organization and reporting.

  • Fields
    • Data points used to collect and track information on cards.

  • Mirror Fields
    • Fields that display data synced from another record, such as a lease or property.

  • Automations
    • Rules that automatically move work forward when certain conditions are met.

    • Automatic rules that create cards or tasks from incoming messages.
