Creating a New Stage
- Open Advanced Settings → Card Options → Stages.


You can also click on the three-dot menu next to an individual Stage or Stage Group and selecting the Manage Stages option.

- Click + Add Option under the appropriate Stage Group, or scroll to the button and click + New Stage.

- Enter a stage name.
- Click Save.
Editing an Existing Stage
- Navigate to Advanced Settings → Card Options → Stages
- Click the stage name.
- Update the title, description, or color.

- Click Save.
Deleting a Stage
- Open Advanced Settings → Card Options → Stages.
- Click the three-dot menu next to the stage to be removed.

- Select Remove and click Save.
Important notes:
- Any automations tied to the deleted stage will be paused.
- You’ll see a warning before the deletion completes.
- Cards that were in the deleted stage will still appear in List View, even though the stage no longer exists on the board.
