How can we help? 👋

Overview of Board Views

Understand the different board views

Views allow you to see your board’s data in different ways — helping you and your team manage workflows, track progress, and visualize information clearly.

Every board includes several default views, and you can add more to fit your process.

Default Views

  • Kanban: Track cards as they move through stages of your workflow.
  • Table: View board data in a structured list or spreadsheet format.
  • Diagnostics: Review workflow automation and performance (covered in a separate article).

If your board was created from a template, you’ll also see an Embedded Miro board, which visually maps out automations and workflow design.

Adding New Views

Click the plus (+) icon at the top of your board to add a new view. You can create multiple versions of the same view type (like several Kanban or Table views) for different purposes — for example, one filtered by property type and another filtered by status.

Available View Types

  • Kanban View: Cards displayed by stage or status.
  • List (Table) View: A customizable list with filter and grouping options.
  • Calendar View: Cards displayed by date, such as upcoming tours or deadlines.
  • Tasks View: A focused view of all tasks on the board.
  • Reports View: Summaries and metrics for your board data.
  • Knowledge View: A built-in space for documentation related to your board.

You can also embed tools like YouTube videos, Google Sheets, Google Docs, or Power BI dashboards directly into your board views.

Managing Views

  • Reorder views: Click the three horizontal lines next to your view tabs.
  • Clone, rename, or edit: Click the more options (⋮) menu while viewing any view.
  • Private or Protected: Keep a view personal (private) or share it safely with your team (protected).
