Aptly makes it easy to manage multiple cards at once using Bulk Options. Whether you’re updating details, assigning tasks, or reaching out to leads, you can save time by performing actions on several cards in just a few clicks.
Selecting Cards for Bulk Actions
There are two main ways to select cards for bulk actions — depending on your view.
In Kanban View

- Click the checkbox in the bottom left corner to select it.
- You can select multiple cards across one or more stages.
- To select all cards within a stage, click the stage name and choose Select All.
- Once cards are selected, the Bulk Options menu will appear at the top of your screen.
In Table View

- Click the checkbox next to a card to select it.
- To select all cards in the list, check the box at the top of the column or click the arrow next to the group or stage name and choose Select All.
- The Bulk Options menu will appear above the table.
Available Bulk Actions
Once your cards are selected, you can choose from several bulk actions to manage them efficiently:
Action | Description |
✏️ Update Field | Quickly update a single field (such as status, stage, or priority) for all selected cards. |
☎️ Bulk Call (Call Crusher) | Launch a call session for all selected cards with phone numbers. You can review details for each lead, make calls, and move through your list using Next or Back. See Call Crusher for more details. |
📦 Archive | Archive selected cards to keep your active board clean. |
🗑️ Delete | Permanently delete selected cards (use caution — this cannot be undone). |
🔄 Move to Stage | Move selected cards to a different stage on the same board. |
👤 Assign | Assign all selected cards to one user. |
📤 Send Bulk Email | Email all contacts associated with the selected cards at once. Great for lead follow-ups or announcements. |
🗂️ Copy to Board | Copy all selected cards to another board. Useful for workflows that span multiple processes. |
🧩 Merge Cards | Combine duplicate or related cards into one. Commonly used for lead boards to merge multiple inquiries from the same contact. |
🧭 Assign Task Group | Assign a task group to all selected cards, including setting a due date and assignee. |

- Use filters first to narrow down cards before selecting them for bulk actions.
- Always double-check your selections before archiving or deleting cards.
- Combine bulk actions strategically — for example, reassign and update a field at the same time for a transition process.
