As soon as an applicant completes the ID verification and Bank Connect (income verification) steps of the application, their results are returned instantly in a report.
How to Read the Identity Verification Section
To view the Identity report for any applicant, click into the household view of the application.

If an applicant completed the instant verification, you’ll see this icon under the Identity column. Click on the icon to open the report.

Identity Match
If the identity of the applicant is a match (DOB, Name, ID, and selfie are all matched), the summary at the top of the report will show that its a match.
You can scroll down to the Applicant Info section or click on Applicant Info in the menu bar below the summary.
Once in the Applicant Information section, you will find blocks with information gathered from the applicant and the Identification screening. If the ID status is a match, you’ll find Verified.
As you scroll down, you’ll find additional verifications of the ID. In the bottom right corner, you can find more details about the verifications that the ID was screened for.

Identity Requires Review
If there is a mismatch of information where the Date of Birth, Name, ID, or selfie are not matching with provided details from the applicant, the identity report will return as “Requires Review.”

When you scroll down to the Applicant Info section, you’ll find additional details on what didn’t match from the Identity Verification. In this example, the names didn’t match.

If you receive any reports with a status of Requires Review, take extra care to ensure that the details provided and verified are either truth or fraud.
How to Read the Income Verification Report
