Setting Up Listings Reports
Listings Reports are automated email summaries that provide visibility into your listing performance. These reports include key metrics like lead volume, tours, applications, and activity trends—making them especially useful for keeping property owners or internal teams informed.
Accessing Listings Report Settings

To configure Listings Reports:
- Navigate to Locations
- Select Listings
- Click Listing Reports (bottom-left corner)
Enable Listings Reports
Toggle Enable Listings Reports to turn the feature on.
Once enabled, all configuration options will appear.
Delivery Cadence
Choose how often reports are sent:
- Daily – Best for high-volume portfolios or active leasing periods
- Weekly – Ideal for regular performance updates
Selecting Recipients
You have two options for who receives Listings Reports:
- Each property owner receives a report specific to their portfolio
- Includes only listings that are Published for Rent
- Automatically personalizes data based on ownership
- Send reports to selected individuals only
- Useful for:
- Owners who opt in
- Internal stakeholders
- Regional managers
Email Settings
Reply-To Address
Add an email address if you want recipients (like owners) to reply directly with questions or feedback.
CC Recipients
Include additional team members on every report for visibility.
Send a Report Manually
At the bottom of the settings page, you’ll find the option to Send Now.
Use this when:
- You want to provide an update outside of the scheduled cadence
- An owner requests the latest performance data
- You’ve made recent changes and want to share updated metrics
The report will send to your currently selected recipients.
What’s Included in a Listings Report

Each report provides a snapshot of listing performance, including:
Active Listings
- Displays all listings that are active at the time of the report
- Based on:
- Published for Rent date
- Available date
Key Metrics
For each metric, you’ll see:
- Total count
- Activity over the last 7 days
- Activity over the last 30 days
Metrics include:
- Leads (total number of lead cards created)
- Tours Scheduled
- Applications Started
- Applications Completed
- Applications Approved
- Applications Denied
Why Use Listings Reports?
Listings Reports help you:
- Keep property owners informed without manual updates
- Track leasing performance over time
- Identify trends in lead flow and conversion
- Improve transparency and communication
Additional Notes
- Reports are tied to listings marked Published for Rent
- Data reflects real-time activity at the time the report is generated
- You can adjust recipients and cadence at any time
