How to Access Inbox Insights
- From the Inbox, click Inbox Configuration located at the bottom left corner of the inbox.
- Select Insights.
- Navigate to different sections of Inbox Insights by selecting the options on the left as well as any tabs on the page.
Here you'll be able to view different data related to the Inbox. You'll be able to view:
- General Insights - Data about the entire inbox with breakdowns by
- Conversation - volume, responsiveness, and busiest periods
- Topic - details about conversations about a specific topic
- Customer - individual customer insights including the frequency and types of
- Campaign - open and click rates, unsubscribes, and other details regarding bulk email campaigns (See: How to Send Bulk Email/SMS).
- Team Insights - Conversation data related to each team member
- Buildings Insights - Conversation data related to each building
