How to Reply to a Message

Selecting Reply sends a message to the original sender.

 

There are two ways to Reply to a message:

  1. Click the arrow icon in the top right corner of the email.

  1. Click the carrot icon, then click Reply.

How to Reply All to a Message

Selecting Reply All sends a message to the original sender and all other recipients on the To and Cc lines.

  1. Click the carrot icon, then click Reply All.

  1. Click the Reply button at the bottom left of the message. This automatically replies to the sender and all recipients of the original email.

Before sending, confirm that all recipients are in the To field.

How to Forward a Message

Forwarding sends a message to someone who is not in the To or Cc fields. Attachments included in the original message are automatically included when you forward them.

There are two ways to Forward a message:

  1. Click the carrot icon, then click Forward.

  1. Click the Forward button in the bottom left of the email window.

How to Add Recipients to a Message

You can add recipients to the To, Cc, and Bcc fields. Recipients in the Cc field are visible to everyone in the message, while recipients in the Bcc field are only visible to the sender.

  1. To add a Cc or Bcc field, click Cc or Bcc.
  1. To add recipients to the To, Cc, or Bcc fields, enter a recipient's name.

  1. To remove a recipient, click X to the left of the recipient.

  1. Finalize your message and select Send to deliver.
