Add Aptly Sign as a View to a Board

See all Aptly Sign documents sent from the board in a special view.

Adding the Aptly Sign view to your board allows you to see all e-signature documents sent from that specific board — without leaving the board or toggling to the main dashboard.

This gives you quick access to document statuses, activity, and even the ability to create new documents directly from the board.

Why Add the Aptly Sign View?

When enabled, the Aptly Sign view allows you to:

  • See all e-signature documents tied to that board
  • Track document statuses in one place
  • Quickly open and review signing activity
  • Create new e-signature documents directly from the view
  • Avoid switching between the board and the main Aptly Sign dashboard

It keeps everything centralized and board-specific.

How to Add the Aptly Sign View

  1. Navigate to the board where you want to add the view.
  1. Click the + (plus) icon next to your existing views.
  1. Select Aptly Sign from the list of available view options.
  1. Click Save.

Once saved, the Aptly Sign dashboard will appear as a new view within your board.

View Access Options

When creating the view, you can choose how it’s shared:

Private View

  • Only visible to specific users or teams.
  • Ideal if you want limited access to e-signature documents.

Protected View

  • Visible to others, but editing permissions are restricted.
  • Useful for shared visibility with controlled access.

If you select Private, you can specify which users or teams have access before saving.

What You’ll See in the View

After saving, the Aptly Sign dashboard will display directly within your board.

From here, you can:

  • View all documents created from that board only
  • Monitor signing progress
  • Open documents to review activity
  • Track completed, pending, or expired documents
  • Create new e-signature documents directly from the dashboard (without starting from a card)

Adding the Aptly Sign view is a simple way to streamline your workflow and keep your e-signature management connected to the board where the work is happening.
