How can we help? 👋

Understand the Diagnostics view

Use the diagnostics view to get a pulse on your board’s health.

Use Diagnostics to review board activity, automation configuration and recent changes. Open the board’s Diagnostics tab when it is available.

Read the board summary

The board health summary is labeled Last 30 Days. It includes Created cards, Active cards, Automation Count, Automation Warnings and Recent Board Changes. Use these as starting points for investigation—not as proof of productivity or successful delivery.

Inspect an automation

  1. Open Automation Count or Automation Warnings.
  1. Review the table’s Enabled, Automation Name, Trigger, Automation Type, Run Count, Errors and Last Run columns.
  1. Select the automation’s name to open Automation Detail.
  1. Compare its Editor configuration and Status with its Logs.

Warnings can include configuration issues on disabled or draft automations, even when run and error counts are zero. A warning does not necessarily mean a message failed. Likewise, No Entries Found in Logs is not evidence of a successful run.

A run count records activity, not recipient delivery. Check the affected card, task or conversation to confirm the actual outcome. Do not enable an automation or retry an action simply to clear a warning.

Review recent board changes

Use Recent Board Changes to investigate configuration changes that may explain unexpected behavior. Compare the listed change and its timing with the affected workflow before editing anything else.

For missing runs, delayed actions, recipient or sending-channel errors, and safe retry checks, follow Troubleshoot automation errors.
