To-Do

When you create an email task, you can compose the email in the task or use a template and save it to send later. You’ll also need to attach a card.
SMS

Create a task to send an SMS. Within the task, you can either compose and save a draft message or choose from existing communication templates.
Call

When creating a call task, select a contact and add a description in the "What should be discussed?" field. The task is created as soon as you save the title. If you're using tasks to track calls, you can set the outcome immediately. If not, leave the call outcome unchanged until you complete the task.
How to Mark a Task as Complete
To complete a task, click the gray checkmark icon in either the dashboard or card view.

Once completed, tasks display a yellow undo arrow icon. To mark a task as incomplete, simply click this yellow icon.
