There are some requirements for field set up in Aptly that will increase the syncing power to Rentvine. If you’re noticing some discrepancies in data that you’re seeing in Rentvine or in Aptly, review the fields below to see if yours need to be updated.

- Rearrange the options so that they are in the following order:

- Yes

Integrated Field Groups

Integrated field groups need to remain in their field grouping. Integrated field groups will show an integration icon.
Rentvine ID

This field lets you know that the card is currently synced with Rentvine.
The Rentvine ID is part of the URL. ex: Rentvine ID = 23 Rentvine URL = https://yourpmc.rentvine.com/properties/23
Unit Amenities

If you use the amenities field in Rentvine, it will come over to Aptly as a tags field. To add additional options, add the feature in Rentvine.
Published for Rent

If you are updating the Published for Rent flag in Rentvine or Aptly, it must be updated manually in both systems.
Images
Images will only sync one way from Rentvine to Aptly. If you remove any images in Rentvine, you must also remove them in Aptly.
Work Order Stages
Work Order stages act independently from Rentvine Status. If you want your cards to move according to the Rentvine
