Top-Level Controls

Notion image

At the top of the report, you’ll find three dropdown menus that determine what data is shown:

1. Listing Scope

This determines which listings are included in the data.

  • Active Listings (default):
    • Shows performance for all listings that are currently active. This view is not affected by the date range.

  • All Listings:
    • Includes every listing your company has ever had—including unpublished listings.

Date filters do not apply when using this option.

2. Date Range

Pick the timeframe you want to analyze. Every widget that uses dates will reflect the range you select.

3. Filters

These match the filters found on your Units board.

Use them to drill down into specific locations, unit types, rent ranges, and more.

To clear filters at any time, click Reset to return to default settings.

Widget Sections

The report is broken into several sections, each highlighting a different piece of the leasing lifecycle.

Counts & Key Metrics

Notion image

Active Listings

Shows the number of listings currently published and active right now.

This metric is not affected by date filters.

Leads Created

Counts new leads created within the selected date range and linked to listings included in your current listing scope and filters.

Leads outside the scope or filters will not be included.

Average Days on Market

Calculated using listings that:

  • Match your selected filters
  • Are published for rent and active
  • Have an available date within your date range

For each listing, days on market are counted from the available date through today.

Listings with future available dates are skipped.

This widget shows the average days on market across all included listings.

Scheduled Tours

Shows tours created within your selected date range.

Rules:

  • Tours must be tied to listings included in your filters
  • Archived tours count for history
  • Deleted tours are ignored
  • Only tours created during the date range are included

Applications Submitted

Counts applications where the created date falls within the date range and the application is tied to a listing included in your filters.

Approved Leases

Shows leases based on applications that reached the Approved status within your date range.

Additional rules:

  • Uses approval date, not lease start date
  • Archived leases are included
  • Deleted leases are ignored
  • If no filters are applied, this widget reports all approved leases company-wide within the date range

Daily Activity Trends

Notion image

This line graph shows day-by-day activity across your selected date range, including:

  • New leads
  • Tours scheduled
  • Applications submitted
  • Leases approved

If your date range is one week, the graph will show seven days. If it’s a month, it will show all days in that month.

This helps you identify peak activity days and monitor leasing momentum.

Prospect Sources

Notion image

This circular chart breaks down where your leads are coming from—based on the lead source recorded on each lead card.

It includes:

  • Leads: Created during the selected date range
  • Tours: Created or requested during the date range
