Coupon codes have many purposes. You can create a promotion for applicants, offer free application processing for military members, veterans, first responders, nurses, teachers, etc. Coupon codes only have one rate - free.
How to Create a Coupon Code
- Open Screening Management Settings.
- Select Coupon Codes.
- Click on Add New Code.
- Set the name of your coupon and apply some parameters.
- Name the coupon clearly to designate its use.
- Change the coupon code value or keep the random set of characteres. For example: MARCH2025PROMO or THANKYOU (for Military, First Responders, etc)
- Set the expiration to no expiration, number of uses, or specific date.
Review your coupon codes regularly to ensure they’re being used correctly.

How to Edit a Coupon Code
You can edit any existing coupon code. You can also archive it if you want to prevent anyone from using it.
Click on the three vertical dots to expose the more menu. Select edit to make changes, or archive to deactivate the code.
