Creating custom views in the Pop-Out Card Details feature allows you to see specific sets of information, like completed verification forms, all in one place.
Follow the steps below to set up a specialized view for your application.
Step 1: Open Pop-Out Card Details
- In the application, locate the card you want to work with.
- Click the three dots on the far right of the screen.
- Select Pop-Out Card Details.
Step 2: Add a New View
- Inside the Pop-Out Card Details, click Add View.
- Give your view a title (e.g., Verification Forms).
- Click Save.
You’ll now see a blank screen where you can begin adding widgets.
Step 3: Add a Widget
- Click Add Widget.
- From the widget options, select Card Details.
- In the widget setup screen:
- Rename the widget to match the verification form you’ll be viewing, such as Employment Verification or Rental Verification.
- Scroll down to find the Field Group for the form (e.g., Employment Verification).
- Expand the field group and toggle on all the fields you want to include in the widget.
- Click Save when you’re done selecting fields.
Step 4: Resize and Organize Widgets
Once your widget is saved, you’ll return to the view with the widget displayed in its standard size.
- To resize or move widgets, click the black icon in the bottom-right corner.
- Drag to expand, shrink, or rearrange widgets—this is especially helpful if you’ve added multiple widgets to the view.
- When finished, click the black icon again to lock in your layout.
Step 5: Use Your Custom Verification View
Your verification view is now ready to use!
- At any time, return to this view to check on form progress.
- A form is considered complete when all required fields are filled in.
Optional: Automate Notifications
If you want to be notified when a form is completed, create a Custom Condition Automation:
- Set the condition to trigger when all fields in the verification form are filled in.
- Add actions like sending a notification or updating a card status.
By setting up custom views, you can streamline your review process and quickly see the information you need to process applications efficiently.
